DESCRIPTION:On pourrait penser\, dans un premier temps\, que cette exposition n’est que la présentation d’un ensemble d’illustrations élégantes\, de paysages à l’encre de Chine très détaillés. \nIl n’en est rien\, ces dessins ne sont pas personnels quant à leur écriture et la performance de dessinateur est là uniquement pour servir le projet. Il s’agit de citation\, de reprise du style de dessin qu’on trouvait dans certains guides touristiques français des années 60. Quant aux paysages représentés on s’aperçoit très vite qu’ils sont très improbables\, voire absurdes. Ce sont des paysages composites\, recomposés\, réinventés. Un jeu d’artiste contemporain. La cathédrale de Chartres est au bord d’une falaise du Pays de Caux et le Mont Saint Michel entre en éruption. \nImaginer qu’un département se prenne pour un autre c’est concevoir la schizophrénie départementale.
