DESCRIPTION:Artistes :\nJosé Albergaria et Rik Bas Backer\nDuo de graphistes composé par José Albergaria (né en 1970 au Portugal) et Rik Bas Backer (né en 1967 au Pays-Bas)\, Change is good ne cultive pas de style graphique repérable. Leur signature transparaît davantage à travers l’attitude qu’ils adoptent pour chaque projet qu’à travers un signe graphique identifiable. Ils se présentent volontiers comme « graphistes\, cuisiniers\, musiciens\, joueurs de hockey et surfers réputés pour leur esprit d’innovation classique ». \nLeur exposition X-Change is good à la Maison d’Art Bernard Anthonioz se conçoit sur le mode à la fois ludique et participatif. En pendant d’un parcours de découverte de leurs divers travaux de commande\, un motif mural noir & blanc est livré à l’interprétation chromatique du public pour qu’émerge à l’issue de l’exposition une fresque colorée improvisée et surprenante. \nLeurs projets les plus récents sont le livre de 72 projets artistiques refusés ou ratés et le journal de la Maison Flottante des frères Bouroullec pour le CNEAI à Chatou\, des livres pour les éditions Images modernes (James Turrell\, Michelangelo Antonioni\, Buckminster Fuller)\, la réalisation de l’affiche de la Fête de la Musique (2006)\, l’affiche du Festival international de l’affiche et des arts graphiques de Chaumont (2004)\, les suppléments « fooding » de Libération et Nouvel Observateur\, la campagne publicitaire de S. Pellegrino\, le magazine Currency\, l’identité visuelle du Jeu de paume et de la Villa Arson à Nice\, l’identité et la communications de la marque de bière Vedett\, le catalogue pour l’exposition 10 photographes Magnum à la Cinémathèque française\, etc… Et ils terminent un livre de l’artiste Dana Wyse en ce moment. \nDepuis 2006\, la Maison d’Art Bernard Anthonioz / Fondation nationale des arts graphiques et plastiques et le Festival International de l’Affiche et des Arts Graphiques de Chaumont ont pris le parti de s’associer dans un partenariat durable.
