DESCRIPTION:Artiste :\nGérard Paris-Clavel\nDiplômé des métiers d’art et de l’Institut de l’environnement\, Gérard Paris-Clavel étudie dans l’atelier d’Henryk Tomaszewski à l’Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Varsovie avant de cofonder le collectif Grapus puis l’association Ne pas plier. L’exposition présentée à la Maison d’Art Bernard Anthonioz propose de revenir plus particulièrement sur le travail autonome qu’il mène depuis 1992\, et sur un engagement artistique et citoyen avec Ne pas plier. \nComme on se met en œuvre(s)\, Gérard Paris-Clavel se met en cause ; cause commune. Il n’est jamais seul\, mais toujours avec. Les mots et les images sont ses outils. Combattre c’est débattre\, la parole et l’action : informer c’est former ; réfléchir c’est ne pas fléchir\, ne pas plier ; exposer c’est peut-être exploser\, sortir des limites convenues\, de la création considérée comme étant à elle-même son propre idéal.\nCes questions nous seront posées\, lors de cette exposition.
