DESCRIPTION:Artistes :\nIsabelle Cornaro\, Morgan Fisher\, Ryan Gander\, Mark Geffriaud\, Wade Guyton\, Jimmy Robert\, John Stezaker\nPrenant comme point de départ une série d’œuvres récemment acquises par le Frac Île-de-France\, l’exposition Alchemy Box s’intéresse à la notion de montage. Elle fait plus précisément l’hypothèse d’un montage qui contournerait les formes conventionnelles de construction narrative pour explorer d’autres modes d’apparition du sens : par déplacement\, superposition\, projection\, association ou combinaison aléatoire. La manière dont\, à travers ces opérations\, se combinent les différents composants de l’œuvre semble relever d’une certaine alchimie du sens.
