Tout commence par l’idée un peu folle d’un laboratoire de recherche scientifique qui s’associe à la Carène – salle de musiques actuelles de Brest pour embarquer des artistes-chercheurs dans ses études des impacts des sons humains sur les fonds marins. Vincent Malassis va donc s’inventer explorateur (sonore) de ce territoire si fascinant que le Commandant Cousteau nommait Le Monde du Silence.
